The menu reflects the energy and creativity of the Inn's youthful kitchen staff headed by CIA trained chef, Steve Giuseppe. Favorites include a Mixed Sautee' of Shrimp and Scallops topped with Crab Cake, the daily seafood specials and a wide range of pasta dishes. Top it off with a sensational dessert made by pastry chef, Alena Petrovic, and you're sure to go home happy and totally satisfied. Customers also enjoy the camaraderie found around the Inn's sizeable bar where, "everybody loves the specialty Martinis." Live music is preformed nightly. Wednesday is open mike night and the designated opportunity for new talent to audition. Happy hours are every weekday from 4 to 6 p.m.

Able to accommodate banquets of up to 50 people, the Cedar Hollow Inn is a popular location for many private occasions from bridal showers to corporate dinners. Cedar Hollow is open for lunch Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m.- 3 p.m. Most lunch entrees are offered for under $10; dinner entrees average $19 - $20.

Dinner is served from 4-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 4:30 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. All major credit cards are accepted and reservations are suggested for dinner, especially on weekends. Call 610.296.9006.
